What We Do

The First Tee of Connecticut works to Impact, Influence & Inspire young people across the state through its Life Skills Curriculum and the game of golf!  Young people are introduced to the associated positive youth development at nearly 150 schools and 17 outdoor facilities.

Nature Valley First Tee Open @ Pebble Beach

Jason Liu, 15, of Windsor recently represented The First Tee of Connecticut in the 2014 Nature Valley First Tee Open at Pebble Beach, an official Champions Tour event held September 26 - 28 and televised internationally on Golf Channel.

Get Golf Ready - Adult Golf Lessons

A GREAT way to support TFTCT while learning the game. Are you envious of your children while you watch them during their golf lesson? Have you have ever thought about playing golf? Then Get Golf Ready is for you. Whether you are a beginner at golf or returning to the game, the Get Golf Ready Program is designed to teach you in five short lessons, everything you'll need to know to step onto a golf course and play with confidence. Get Golf Ready will be taught by trained PGA and LPGA Professionals at TPC River Highlands who will make sure you have fun each step of the way! A portion of each registration will be donated directly to The First Tee of Connecticut.
